Overload Offense is one of the basketball plays that can be used against the two-three zone defense. The two-three zone defense is where there are two guards at the top and three players guarding the paint with a center and maybe two forwards. Its weakness is in guarding the wing and corner sections of the court. The overload offense key is to have three players on one post side with a guard on the top of the arc and on a wing to create multiple Basketball Plays.
The play starts with your point guard on the top of the arc. Wing players are above the free-throw line and your post players just above the defenders guarding the block. The point guard can throw the ball to either wing player. This will immediately shift the defense. The wing player can attempt to shoot a three pointer but only when his defender is not committing to him and gives him space.
When the defender commits, he can pass it back to the point guard and then run towards the ball-side just underneath the basket along the baseline. The post players usually the center and forward then both also head ball-side just a little outside the paint to quickly provide a screen. The point guard then passes it to the other wing. The wing player should see what the defenders did to react. When the defender in the double screen doesn’t come out, the cutter underneath the basket should get outside and get the pass for an open jumper.
When the defender comes out of the screen, the cutter should go all the way to the corner to pull the defender away. The wing player can look for a pass inside, one of the post players screen while the other flashes, gets the ball and shoots. Another option would be to drive to the basket, this draws the center defense. More often than not, the player guarding the point guard will look at the play allowing the point guard to go right back door so he can get a pass from the driver for layup to the basket.

B/W or Black and White cameras has generally high resolutions and better sensitivity to light. Colored cameras give finer details but requires better lighting. If you will be installing the camera in a place which is dark most of the time, then a B/W camera would be a better choice. Otherwise, you can opt for the more realistic images of a colored camera.
There are three common types of cameras: professional grade, bullet cameras, and board cameras. Professional grade ones are very flexible because you can replace the lens. They also have greater power. However, they are bulky. Bullet cameras and board cameras have fixed lenses but they are smaller. The board camera can even be installed in a way that it is hidden, making it ideal for short-range, covert surveillance.
The considerations discussed here are but a few when it comes to selecting a camera. Remember not to be afraid to ask vendors for additional recommendations.

Advance cardiac life support or ACLS certification is comprised of algorithms of interventions to properly manage medical emergent incidences like stroke and heart attack. Physicians, nurses, emergency medical technicians, and respiratory therapists are required to have this certification to improve knowhow and skills in ACLS processes before implementing these procedures. The medical algorithms are not that easy and must only be implemented by qualified medical professionals.
Guidelines for ACLS were primarily initiated by the American Heart Association (AHA) as heart attack treatment mode. Outcomes of studies point out that it is very critical for these guidelines to be continuously updated. The lat update was in 2005 wherein ACLS certification trainings were conducted in hospital settings, academic institutions, including private companies. Management of patient’s airway, analysis of cardiac rhythms, and determining the type of medications used are part of the training. Trainees are evaluated through written exams and return demonstrations to be certified. This certification has to be renewed every two years to remain applicable.
An important protocol in ACLS and other medical emergency cases is primary assessment. This includes recognition of responsiveness of the patient, if the airway is not obstructed, and if patient has a pulse and is breathing. Electrodes attached to a monitor will be placed on the patient’s chest. In this way, the patient’s heart rhythm will be detected.
Among the most critical assessments is recognizing if there is abnormal rhythm in a cardiac arrest patient. There are various treatment algorithms that are part of ACLS. These algorithms are founded the symptoms and cardiac rhythm displayed by the patient. ACLS provider can interpret the cardiac rhythm if abnormal. When this happens, the algorithm indicates the corresponding treatment for the arrhythmia. There is also a specific algorithm based on symptoms for patients who suffer from cardiovascular accident or stroke.
